  I used to work here. I love it ik how we make the pizzas.  Its the customers that take it ever so salty because either a) they're not patient.  B) they cant look at us as robots and expect the most . C) they get here late so the pizza is kind hard

  Very slow delivery. My order was delivered 30 mins late from the given delivery time and the delivery guy did not apologize
  Up on call5the store, they too didnt care enough and just said "your order will be there"
  I wouldn't order from this location again.

  Customer service was wonderful but the food tasted weird.
  The sauce on the pizza tasted like there was a lot of acidity in it which seemed to taste a little bit like alcohol.
  However the cashier was very friendly and showed me on the receipt how I would be able to get free breadsticks. He even opened the pizza boxes for me to show me that it was the correct order.
  The breadsticks were soft and very tasty and the pizza was very soft.
  The only thing I didnt like was the sauce. Other than that everything else was perfect.

  If you like Pizzahut then you are stuck with this one in "fake Alpharetta." I say fake because it is on the Forsyth county side. The location is shoved next do to a gas station. You may want to lock your doors when you run in for you pie, as this is the gas station where you pick up your day laborers too. The food is always hit or miss here. Sometimes you get a good pizza other times you question why you didn't just pick up a Digigorno. The preparation is lacking and I get pizza that is more crust than anything else, but at least the pizza portion tastes alright.

  After ordering a vegetarian for my Vegetarian family members, I was given a pizza with Meat on it. I called immediately and the staff put me on hold for a long duration and the manager on duty care nothing about customer service.  Poor service and completely dissatisfied with the treatment we received.  Papa John's customer service down the street is by far much better than this shack.
  
  I can say some of the employees in this shack knows customer service and "managers" need to learn from them.
  
  1 star was even too much to rate this spot.
